Global Case Study – Creative Brainstorm

The mental flexibility of a business's workforce to continuously adapt and adjust to new strategies, structures, and technologies is their greatest competitive advantage. However, building an agile-learning culture needs a neuroscience approach for developing leaders and managers. This session will link the neuro-agility concept to leadership development to enable leaders and managers to embed sustainable behaviour change, promote resilience, and drive innovation. In this interactive session, the audience will be divided into teams, and each group will brainstorm practices to build leadership agility. Each team will have time to brainstorm, after which the teams will regroup to share and compare their solutions with the global case studies presented. This session will provide specific tactics and insight participants can take back to the office the next day to build leadership agility.
