Nina Olatoke is currently the Vice President HR Europe, Middle-East & Africa (EMEA) for BDP International; a global US based logistics company with a focus on building a home not a workplace; a family not a workforce. Based in Dubai, her role spans over 3 continents, 18 countries and is charged with developing people strategies that help deliver business result and executive development across the EMEA Region which now forms the Global Executive Development Program. Prior to this role, Nina was with Kimberly-Clark for 4 years. Her last position was HR Director for Turkey & EMEA Project Lead for HRIS (HR Systems & Process implementation) with key responsibility for delivering people initiatives & strategies that supports’ the overall organization short, mid & long-term strategy including Executive development strategies. Prior to this, she was the Compensation & Benefits Director for Kimberly-Clark EMEA Region which spans over 3 continents & 11 countries (Eastern Europe (Russia, Ukraine & Kazakhstan); GCC (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Lebanon); Israel; Turkey & the Sub-Saharan Africa (South Africa, Kenya & Nigeria). In this role, Nina was responsible for the development of market competitive compensation strategies and well as the roll –out of a market based grading system.
 
Prior to Kimberly-Clark, she consulted in Compensation & Benefits & has a wealth of experience from FMCG, Telecommunication and Financial Services. With over 10 years of HR experience at various levels and a thirst for providing value added HR to the business, she developed her unique style of activity / scenario based learning that keeps her audience engaged, but most of all, ensures that they go away feeling the immediate value for what they have learned. She is also passionate about business strategy led Human Resources where HR plays the part of a Strategic Thinking Partner to the business & delivers business focused people strategy and solutions.
